I have seen Dr Kuo several times for assessment and review prior to deciding to proceed with Shoulder surgery for a workplace injury. At all times I have found time to be courteous, empathic and sensitive in his approach and he ensured that I fully understood the proposed procedure and the aftercare required. I have been highly anxious yet Dr Kuo has made me feel secure and understood, I feel the trust I wanted in a surgeon with Dr Kuo and currently await my booking date.
I have had operations on both my shoulders, performed by Dr Tan. He explains everything very clearly and you know what to expect after. I cannot recommend highly enough.
