From the moment you are greeted at the front desk and checked in until you check out and leave the people are warm, friendly, and professional. I underwent a series of tests with a number of professionals and each one left you feeling assured that you were getting the best care. Dr. Scherer and his team work well together and communicate so well with one another and the patients.
Had a bit of a scare with my eye pressure year ago. went to St Luke's, Tarpon Springs.. received excellent care....Dr. Scherer, MD answered all of my questions and concerns, prescribed treatment... I'm happy to say my checkup today was great. from check-in to Melissa and Laura and Dr Scherer I was treated with respect. I highly recommend St. Luke's....
It is very professional place and everyone know what he’s doing from the front until you leave. I was please, with the experience it was my first time, but it was a great experience people smiling, and helping was very good. Dr. Scherer was very good caring and explain everything was good . I was very pleased and happy that I was taking care quickly. Everything was explained which is very important. Thankful for a great visit. i’m really recommend this place.
The staff was friendly and accommodating when I first walked in. I was seen in good time and doctor displayed exceptional bedside manners.
