Dr. Manning is suoperb in dealing with my various valve issues from Rheumatic fever as a child. These conditions have now morphed into permanent afib, which has caused 3 strokes. He has prepared me for the next procedure, which is an aortic valve replacement. Dr. Manning handles all this wonderfully. I highly recommend him.
