I was very disappointed that when I made my initial appointment with them I was explicit in explaining that I just had my teeth cleaned a month ago and did not need or even want another tooth cleaning, I just needed an examination for the tooth pain. Upon arrival I was put in an exam room and a hygienist arrived to clean my teeth, I explained I did not need it, thanks anyway, I was just here to get the pain taken care of. I was experiencing jaw pain but was leaving for college out of town very soon. Dr. Marvin made it a priority to expedite making a mouth guard for me to alleviate my jaw pain, despite a massive time crunch. I am so grateful that he ensured I’d get the mouth guard before leaving out of town for the next few months. Beyond kind. Not many Dr.’s I know give this level of care to their patients 10/10.
After leaving my last Dentist due to them not standing by their work, I was recommended to Dr, Marvin. I went to his office today for the first time and could not be happier. Great cleaning, very personable staff and they take my insurance with no hassle. I'm only mad I didn't make the switch years ago.
Dr. Marvin does great work. No pain.Great attitude. His assistants are fantastic Jeremiah & Cassandra. 2 ladies at the desk when you checkout. The one on the left has a attitude. Got nasty with me when I was making a future appointment. She's very unprofessional. I will avoid her next time and so should you.
