Dr. Hu and staff were very responsive when I was having a lot of difficulty with my vision. Dr. Hu actually saved my life. Yes, it is true. The eye Dr. saved my life through professional and very efficient action in admitting me to Los Robles hospital with a serious brain/optic nerve problem previously undetected by other ophthalmologists but became critical. And, is now saving my vision. Dr. Hu is a total PRO.
This is the first visit. Women at front desks are rude and not helpful. They sent us to 3085 but the real location is 3003. My mother is elderly with a cane. The first woman just pointed her outside. But it is across a large parking lot down a long walkway and then across a courtyard. When confronted about rudeness and confusion they were defensive and rude and show no concern or take responsibility. You wonder why are these type of people in the healthcare industry. Dr. Davidson was excellent, he was knowledgeable about what I needed and explained things in a way I could understand. I had eye surgery because, I was was unable to see clearly due to a cataract. Dr. Davidson performed my surgery and now I can see like everything so clearly now. I would recommend his service.
