I have been going to Dr Berrios for three years now and she is the best. Her office and medical staff are very professional and super friendly. Dr. Berrios is incredibly knowledgeable and offers compassionate care. She calls me personally to follow up with me and that rarely happens with most doctors.
Wish I was happy then I could say something different but I can,t. Seems like whenever I need to get a message to Dr for whatever reason is harder than pulling teeth either she doesn't get message or doesn't care including her staff.to my knowledge majority of times calls are not returned.everything is so difficult and frustrating they actually make you feel like your bothering instead of making it easier for you.i have had several issues but was hoping things would change but NO.i feel like I am a nobody!even though it's my... read more
Dr. Berrios seems to not be objective in her patients' assessments. She claims to be a specialist in many practices. Yet she functions as a PCP. She made notes on record about the prognosis that were not discussed and seems subjective and without merit. No data nor a specialist confirm these. If they were correct, why was not a specialist involved to corroborate what she believes is going on with the patient? Why is a referral to a specialist not provided?
