This was hands down the worst customer service I've ever received from a doctor's office. I told them I believed I had a bulged disc. They basically just referred me down the hallway to go get x-rays, so that should have been the first red flag. On my way out of the office, they scheduled me an appointment for a follow up and I journeyed down the hall way to get my x-rays done. This Doctor is a lier and preform 2 precedures on me and never did the surgery and sent me back home after laying in the hospital since Sunday with the same pain I came with. Will not be paying this doctor or anyrhing affilated with him or TX health in Plano. They are unprofessional, and unorganize, have your chart mixed up with other patients blood work wrong.. He is a -0 wouldnt refer no one to this doctor or hospitals Will be filing a law suite on this doctor
