Family member had consult appt. today. Extremely efficient process from sign in to check out! All staff were friendly. Dr Rustmann very personable, informative.
I know Dr. Rustmann and medical student Daniel, along with Dr. Chaney, were instrumental in saving my husband's life. I couldn't have asked for a more open line of communication and concern, for the special treatment they showed me. Special thanks to these gentlemen!!
I would not recommend this doctor. Dr Walter Rustman of White Wilson has no time for his patience and rushes through each patient as fast as he possibly can. As of May 2020 I have now been rescheduled three times in a row and have run out of my medications three times at least. Is very difficult when you run out of an absolutely necessary medication for days before you can get the office to finally follow through with calling it in when they said they would days ago.
