They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.
