It’s been a while since I have seen Dr. Fingerer But, I want to say He is amazing. Knowledgeable, understanding, patient, his staff is just as amazing.. I will never forget them .. Thank you Dr. fingerer and staff. A+++
1 star for treating others badly
soooo the dr has an emergency and no one calls the patient who leaves work early and waited a month for the appointment to tell them it’s cancelled?? lol ok cooool. That is so unprofessional. gtfoh
He is a sweetheart.. but I waited for two hours for him and when he finally came he fell asleep on me talking about everything that had nothing to do with me, and when finally woke up he didn’t know who I was and what I was doing there. He never even try to apologize after or called to explain himself.. it made me started thinking he had Alzheimer. For the fact the my files was charted wrong and putting someone else information in mine. Smh
I called to make an appointment and the lady who picks up has a horrible attitude. I prefer to hang out and look for other dr.
