So happy with my results
I’m 70 years old and have been to many different medical facilities in my lifetime. Dr. Walter Jones and his staff in Yucaipa are the most caring and helpful group of medical professionals I have ever known. He is extremely knowledgeable in every subject that I have presented him with. The man is a genius! His staff are always willing to go the extra mile to help. I am so grateful that I have found such a fantastic group of people to help me through my medical needs. They’re AMAZING!!! Thank you guys so much.
Disappointed. His staff have made a mess of referrals back from his referral to them. The records are frequently not exisistant even though I was with the referring party and knew what they were told. Call them and you'll be transfered to a message line. Sometimes you'll get a return call. Don't be surprized if pain medications written by other Dr.'s are cancelled and you not even told. Good luck getting your visit summaries. Staff occassionally seem to view patients as inconvenient.
