Horrendous. This provider shows up as being in network for Anthem Blue Shield. Do not be fooled by this! They make you pay out of pocket after services are rendered. I had to fight for my money back, and they still owe me over $2000, for someone being "in network." They take a week to "approve" your insurance. There is only 1 doctor in the office, and they oversee the work of the other "counselors," however, the "counselors" are not in network so you'll have a nice big fat bill waiting for you. Awful people. My insurance approved me to see them and I reached out immediately to schedule. They told me it would take about a week to get me approved internally, even though my insurance had already spoken to them. I waited to hear back. The didn’t reach out to me as they’d promised. Finally, I contacted them. Suddenly they didn’t have in network availability and expected me to go out of pocket. I was on a call with my insurance and this office.
