The doctor is very nice. But there isn't any follow up on anything they said they would refer. The staff hardly answer phones and when they do, no followup.
One of the finest Drs I'm blessed to have. Takes the time to show that, as the kids say these days, he's got you. You are not alone in your journey.
Dr. Freij is a friendly physician. He's always pleasant. He makes it ok to be sick because you know he's going to do everything humanly possible to make you well. His staff follows his lead and cares to your needs. I'm not only a patient at Dr. Freij office, I'm family ( at least that's how they make me feel)!😋I would refer anyone looking for a neurologist to Dr. Wali Freij and staff.
Not sure if office management or physician, sitting here in the waiting area for a 9:15 appointment since 8:35. It is now 1030am. Can someone tell me why?
