ONE YEAR AGO I FOUND MYSELF SITTING IN A DOCTOR'S CHAIR AND WORDS WERE PASSING ME BY. I NEVER EXPECTED TO HAVE FIVE MAJOR SURGERIES ON MY MOUTH ÀND TÔNGUE. DR ZAID TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO BE ABLE TO TALK AND EAT AFTERWARDS, HE DESTROYED ME MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. I WAKE UP TO NO JAW, A TONGUE THAT DOESNT MOVE AND A FEEDING TUBE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I CAN NOT TALK OR EAT AND NEVER WILL. WITH MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DR ZID TO ANYONE.
He has been an incredible doctor for my grandma, Velma Ledkins. She came in with tongue cancer a year ago, and he and his team removed it all. She is doing incredible, and she’s cancer free! Thank you to him and his exceptional team. He’s always very personable and so is Jennifer. We can’t thank God enough for all you’ve done for her and her health. She made them a special cake today. Wasn’t interested in my case. Told me to get a trach and a peg tube and go home. He also said not to bother calling MD Anderson because they didn’t take my insurance. That was a LIE. I called and needed no referral. In 2 weeks I had apps with a team of doctors that saved me life. His ego was too big to admit my case was too much for him and just wouldn’t suggest other help. I don’t know how this man sleeps at night.

We cannot say enough about how amazing Dr Zaid and his team was! My son has battled chronic tooth and gum pain for the past several years and after letting the doctor and his staff work with him on the extractions, implants, and prosthesis we couldn’t be happier! He is 100% pain free and has a complete smile! Dr.Zaid is without a doubt a true perfectionist and went above and beyond! We are forever grateful!
