When most women seek out a plastic surgeon for reconstruction purposes I have found there is a successful formula in the transformation. In my extensive experience with Dr. Li she is the complete package. She brings the highest expertise to the surgery , coupled with equal parts compassion and caring. Additionally, her long time assistant, Tracey, is a bonus in the process.
I’ve waited to post this review until I could confidently share my opinion and experience. It’s been close to 90 days since Dr. Li reconstructed my latissimus dorsi flap on my left breast. It had fallen out of “the pocket” created by my original double mastectomy reconstruction surgery for breast cancer back in 2021. Dr. Li also replaced a completely ruptured implant on the right breast. I can now confidently share the results are truly amazing. Dr Li is too good to be true. She's very experienced as a plastic surgeon and really cares about her patients!!! She is not about the money like most Doctors in this country. I was able to get my surgery from Dr. Li even though Dr Li is not a part of my network with my insurance and my surgery was covered without any issue. She and her staff are always available to answer questions and were extremely helpful months before the surgery and month's after surgery, as I recovered. Dr.Li is a very skilled surgeon, that has extensive experience working with breast cancer patients and performing reconstruction. While she does offer various options including implants and LAT Flap, I went to her specifically for an Aesthetic Flat Closure (AFC) Revision. In August 2024, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and chose a double mastectomy. Another plastic surgeon left me with less than desirable results, despite my specific requests for a “one and done flat closure”. The outcome was not “aesthetic” and caused un... read more
