Dr Yip was lovely to deal with. Very thorough in her explainations and options to my issue. She made me feel very comfortable, almost like family. I would recommend her to anyone for obstetrics and gynaecology. I saw her about 5 years ago for a different issue and also had great results.
Our recent experience with Dr Yip and her clinic was extremely disappointing. While her administrative team are largely to blame, Dr Yip’s own lack of attention to detail, poor patient communication, and inadequate follow-up have left us frustrated and concerned. Dr Wai Lum Yip is the most kindest and lovely Dr I have ever met! Always smiling and cheerful. Apart from that she is so thorough and highly knowledgeable about Gynaecology and Obstetrics. It can be hard going to Specialists for medical problems especially for ourselves and then talking about it with a Dr but Dr Yip always makes you feel comfortable and at ease to do so.
