Dr Wai Lum Yip is the most kindest and lovely Dr I have ever met! Always smiling and cheerful. Apart from that she is so thorough and highly knowledgeable about Gynaecology and Obstetrics. It can be hard going to Specialists for medical problems especially for ourselves and then talking about it with a Dr but Dr Yip always makes you feel comfortable and at ease to do so. She was wonderful, very informative and patient, listened and made everything so easy. My daughter has since been to her as well. Thank you Dr Yip.
Operated on my wife without ever doing any examination herself prior to surgery. Didn't give her any information about how the surgery went or if any special after surgery care was needed, and never did a follow up. I literally had to harrass her on the phone to have the bare minimum of information. Pretty rude, and no patient communication or care whatsoever. Would NEVER recommend.
