Needed my yearly exam. Submitted my insurance card and ID since I am a new patient, as I am new to the area. It’s been 3 months and nobody ever called me back to schedule an appt. Wondering what happened to my Id and insurance card. Anyhow, went with Dr. Baker in Lancaster. This office did not follow through, never emailed or called me back.
