Dr Toma is my rheumatologist, his office is on the 4th floor 3 hospital plaza! I’m going to him 10 years, his office staff are polite and respectful, Dr Toma will listen to me talk and does not rush me out of his meeting room! I have to say whenever I need medicine to be refilled, I never have a problem, I see him every 6months! He is a excellent doctor , highly recommend him!
Staff is very rude and not friendly at all. They continue to call you when you have an appointment and you confirmed that you would be there. The last time I was trying to call them to reschedule my appointment and they kept putting me on hold and would never come back to the line, that's the day that I decided to stop going there! very unprofessional, learn some customer service skills!!
I had an Appointment in the Edison Office in January and I walked Out! Due to the Receptionist Rudeness. And the fact I was there for over Two Hours Waiting to see the Doctor! Well, Today-I went to the Oldbridge Office, And my Experience was a lot better. Thank God! Because I will be going back to the Edison Office in Six Months and hopefully it will go smoothly. If you want to wait over an hour for a doctor that clearly overbooks his day and could care less about it….this is your guy.
Dr. Toma is a down to earth expert with excellent staff.
