Dr. Cressman answer all our questions. Very professional and surgery day was easy knowing my son was in good hands.
30 min after our appt time, the PA entered our room and performed a very basic history and exam. She then proceeded to recommend a series of 3 tests/options - xrays, allergy testing and antibiotics. I declined these assessments based on a more thorough explanation of the history (I am a physician). At this point she asked me if I "would like to say hi to Dr. Cressman". I was somewhat confused by the question given I scheduled an appt with Dr. Cressman. Be prepared to see a PA not the DR.
Professional, courteous staff. Odessa office had world class service, felt at ease during entire process.
I've known Dr. Cressman for a long time - he even operated on me as a kid. He treats my family as if we were his own and always does a great job.
Dr. Cressman was very inattentive to our needs and questions -as parents of 15 month old baby-. He prescribed the worst antibiotic ever and did not listen to us despite our concerns regarding the antibiotic. My baby had an infection on the one ear before we started the antibiotic and after a week, he had an infection on both ears. We transferred to another ENT doctor directly. I would not recommend him at all!!
