The rudest most appalling behaviour from Dr Harper’s receptionist. I make no judgment on Harper as I have not met him — nor will I. When I pulled his receptionist up on her rude, disrespectful and aggressive tone, mixed in with a “too busy to talk to you attitude”, she said “fine I’ll cancel the appointment” and then hung up. Whilst this may not be Harper himself, it’s an ethos in his practice that is the antithesis of patient care and wellbeing. I fractured my left clavicle in May last year, and Dr Harper performed surgery to repair the break. Dr Harper was professional and straight to the point while also being sympathetic. His knowledge and experience is remarkable; he knew exactly what he was doing. The surgery was a great success, and post-op care was reasonable. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Dr Wade Harper.

I recently contacted Dr Harper’s office to help with a distal bicep tendon rupture that needed immediate surgery. Dr Harper’s secretary Emma was extremely helpful and understanding at a time when I needed it most. Dr Harper was excellent and managed to squeeze me in completing the surgery within 6 days getting me on the road to recovery asap.

He is a great shoulder surgeon, real gentleman and understanding of your needs, 6 months post opp and shoulder is fantastic still a little more to go though.
