I am rewriting my review. My original posting after my one and only visit was very emotional, which doesn't serve either myself or the doctor. So I will try to keep this final one more objectively descriptive. Any further doctor/patient relationship is not feasible, but I hope my words will make things easier for another sensitive female patient like myself. Update on my just now ENT experience: "I just had my appointment. It was for an ear injury/infection of one month's duration. I first missed the building several times because I couldn't find the sign from the street driving in. I then waited 10 minutes for the receptionist to end her phonecalll and check me in without a "sorry for your wait" as I was standing there. After struggling cysts on different parts of my body for several years, I was referred to Dr. Webster about a cyst on the back of my neck. The staff was kind and courteous through the process. After the initial visit, I was scheduled just a few days later. The procedure was way faster than I thought. And way less painless than I thought, too! The follow up was thorough and he made sure thing was better and feeling ok. Should I have anymore issues, I know Dr. Webster and his staff will take good care of me. Thank you!
Dr. Webster and staff are GREAT . I’ve had services done on the cosmetic side and always been beyond happy and satisfied with my results. It’s a very clean and friendly environment . Ive also had Dr . Webster on the ENT side for my husband , daughter, and I. Dr had wonderful bedside manner and was very professional and thorough while also being very interactive and down to earth.
