Walked in late with my appointment because of accident on the highway and was told on the phone they would accommodate me. When I showed up it was very easy and simple. The receptionist did a great job helping me and others. I was helped by Dr. Nicole and she was very friendly. The exam was very fast and simple. No reason to worry about a thing.
Exceptional customer service and physician care no matter your background. The receptionist is very kind, polite, thinking outside of the box, and managing very well her workload.

Dr. Nichole Sturwold is the most gentle and caring doctor and the person at the front, Rosana, just simply lovely (and speaks perfect spanish!) it is a stressful time for immigration and both have made this part of the process so smooth and full of care and empathy. If you need to book medical examinations for IRCC look no further, this is your place. Best service, quick, smooth and gentle!
