Very helpful and informative.
I came in for a cleaning and check-up and had a wonderful experience. Erika, the hygienist, was amazing — very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Robert J. Wagner was also excellent — very knowledgeable, positive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made the whole exam feel easy and reassuring. The whole team was welcoming, and the office was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend Dr. W – Family Dentistry!
Our daughter had a very severe lip tie and he was recommended by our hospital at discharge to help with the issue. We were able to get an appointment 4 days later and Dr. W was great! My husband went back with our daughter and they were able to FaceTime me from the lobby with all the information. The procedure start to finish was only a few minutes and my husband said it went so quick our daughter barely knew what was happening. Daughter had lip and tongue tie 3 wks old. We were running late with traffic and new baby! They were kind, understanding and patient. Explained everything to us and then were extremely caring with our daughter. Even though she is just 3 wks they were soothing to her and made sure to make it the most comfortable!
