I have been suffering with menstrual migraines for over a year now and it has been debilitating every month. I want to share with you the unethical substandard treatment I received yesterday from Vu Truong. Upon arrival, Truong immediately lacked bedside manners and courtesy. As I inquired on different options to alleviate the menstrual migraines and asked questions to better understand my condition, I noticed Truong becoming frustrated. Dr. Truong is amazing! His bedside manners are unlike any GYN or OB I've dealt with in the past. I was sad when I found out he wasn't on call for my delivery, but when they mentioned it was his wife who was...my mind was at ease. Same awesome bedside manner, care and concern. He was planning to be ready to deliver anyways, but my little one wasn't waiting for him and she came running to take care of my delivery. Sad to know the VA has a contract with Fort Sam and I can't use him for my next delivery. He raised my expectation... read more
