Great Nurses!! Very polite and professional. And Doctor khokotva was Very polite and professional as well.
I thought he was the best doctor until I went to my home country to get treated. Doctors in my home country question me about why was surgery performed on me without doing any pre diagnostics or MRI. Further I came to know antibiotics were not provided to me for recovery, doctor told me that I don't need antibiotics and I should have healed in 7 days instead of 90 days that it took. My husband and I would like to recommend this great place to anybody who needs an endoscopy because their receptionists are very polite and nice; their nurses provide excellent care; Dr Khokhotva is such a gentleman and takes good care of patients; the anesthesiologist (sorry, I didn't catch her name) is so kind. Seems my original review went missing... In my personal experience with this surgeon, he was good at first but when asked about why surgery didn't go as planned I was repeatedly told "I can't say, I can't", tried to wave his hand and walk away. Then when told what he prescribed me was used by the doctor before him and had no results just blackout pain from the medication, he told me "just take it you will be fine" raised his voice at me while I was coming out of sedation infront of people, then dropped me as patient because ... read more
I went in for a colonoscopy several weeks ago the Asian woman (I don’t know what her name was so pardon this way of my referring to her). Past issues with IV administration have been problematic. Her failure to find a good vein…not her fault. I shared that I had a huge fear of needles just so she knew what she was dealing with.
