Good Professional Doctor and customer service! I highly recommend Dr. Vladimir Smirnov. He is an excellent doctor who truly cares about his patients. He has helped me immensely with my health concerns, and I am very grateful for his expertise. If you are looking for a doctor who listens and provides great care, I suggest him to everybody!

У доктора есть контракт с insurance, и он обязан принимать клиентов с этим планом. В офисе сказали, что у него deductible $283.00, но у пациента есть Медикейд план QNB+, который покрывает все, что не заплатила Aetna, но менеджер Татьяна(жена доктора) позвонила пациенту и требовала платить. Raya is amazing at Dr. Smirnov's office. I moved to another state and she made medical records transfer to my new doctor very easy and pain-free. Thank you very much for being responsible! If I ever move back to NYC, I would definitely switch back to Dr. Smirnov exactly because of Raya.
