Dr Ioffe is truly a warm, caring professional. He assisted my husband through cancer treatment. He helped us feel assured and that made a huge difference.
In 2012 a large cancer Institute (I will not Name)had given up on my husband. One Sunday afternoon the phone rang the voice on the other end introduced himself (VLADIMAIR LOFFE) he said, I Heard of your husband’s case and Believe I can help relieve some of his pain. Please bring him to me. My husband (Jim Combs )was in such severe pain (3 tumors) in his chest. Dr.Loffe went above and beyond. He’s not just a doctor he’s a man with a good heart. I will never will forget his kindness.
