Dr Bozic is wonderful. Staff however is sometimes patronizing. One staff member was particularly rude when dealing with an invoice that was overcharging for services which did not match the insurance EOB. I don’t care to visit the office and be subjected to that kind of treatment. Want treatment for knee pain, not treated inhumanely.
