Dr. B is truly an amazing doctor. I 100 percent trust and look forward to my doctor appointments with him! I’ve never met a doctor with as much knowledge and charisma as him. Great person. Thank you Dr.B
Dr. Berkovich himself is one of the best Dr's I ever seen, however his office help, receptionist , nurses who rarely return calls, from a business stand point should be fired,! THEY are rude and have awful phone etiquette, I'm changing practices now due to this. Dr. Berkovich I was told has been deployed so I could not see him but the office refuses to fill my prescription after 20 years of being on a life long medicine.
The woman who answered my phone call about making an appointment was extremely unpleasant and standoffish. Before I finished talking she cut me off and slammed the phone down.
