Dr. Berkovich himself is one of the best Dr's I ever seen, however his office help, receptionist , nurses who rarely return calls, from a business stand point should be fired,! THEY are rude and have awful phone etiquette, I'm changing practices now due to this. Dr. Berkovich I was told has been deployed so I could not see him but the office refuses to fill my prescription after 20 years of being on a life long medicine.
