Dr. Ferrer is a wonderful specialist. After two years of suffering with gastric issues due to cancer treatment, he performed a colonoscopy and diagnosed my problem. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on in my digestive system. He prescribed a medication that had me feeling better within 24 hours! The care is good, but they do not answer the phone. Everytime I call the machine tells me the office is closed, call back in working hours, even though that's when I called... There's also no option to leave a message that I could find. Frustrating.
