The doctor was the most thorough with prescriptions that I’ve had in quite a while—knowledgeable and very intentional about getting everything honed in just right.
The eye exam was smooth, quick and easy. I would prefer to have a detailed breakdown of what I was charged for my eyeglasses though. I ended up only getting a receipt for that. I would like to know where my money went. Other than that, the service was excellent, and the people were very friendly.
First of all this was a great exam and experience. We had a family issue that came up and we had to change our appointments the day of we were scheduled. Everyone was very accommodating and was able to work Us in the next day. It's a great location with very nice good people.
Doctor and staff were very cordial. Receptionist was only slightly annoyed with my insurance issues. Overall, good visit.
