She was very dismissive. She thought my abnormal bloodwork was a fluke and my symptoms we’re psychiatric. Subsequently, I saw several doctors at Penn who diagnosed and treated me for a connective tissue disease.

Called for my referral. Big joke! was told the soonest available appointment is 7 months away. Who can wait that long thanks for caring.

(This is about the practice, not this specific doctor) I am a RWJUH employee. So the insurance plan leads me to go here for Rheumatologist. To become a new patient I HAD to have a diagnosis already. So I waited about 7 months for my first appointment. I have my telehealth apt, she wants labs and a 3 month follow up. I call to make the follow up- 11 month wait for telehealth and 12 month for in person. This is NOT healthcare. This is not safe and not helpful.

Went to see her in 2007 scared and sick as hell with this disease called scleroderma.....never heard of it but i had it.....i was very sick!! It's 12 years later and i feel great! Still have scleroderma....there is no cure Say what you want about staff,a sometime wait to see her or anything else pretty ridiculous.... This is one of the best drs on the planet and the doctors she refers me to are also fantastic It was a great day for me when i met her and it hasn't changed She saved my life 😊❤ Larry DelPlato Brick nj

Dr. Hsu rushed through my appointment and was rude. I spent 45 min with an intern and medical student and 15 min max with her. She even took a phone call during the appointment. She is very busy, did not read through the 20 plus pages of medical records I sent in advance. I would never recommend her! Waited 4 mos for this appointment and left her office disappointed, upset and with more questions than answers. Find someone else.
