Dr.P was very nice. I had a surgery done on my thumb and the healing process is going well, although I haven’t had a great experience with his secretary who answers the phone. I find her impatient, her tone of voice is extremely rude and careless. Also she likes to interrupt you when you’re speaking. I don’t find her very professional at all when it comes to caring for patient of Dr.P’s. Best of luck!
I had surgery on both hands for carpal tunnel. Dr P is soft spoken, friendly and warm. I have recommended him to anyone i know that needs the same surgery. My hands are great and i did not have any issues. I cannot speak highly enough of him or the nurses who helped .
On behalf of my friend Julie A., she wants everyone to know that she trusts Dr. P with her life; he is the best and is very professional, yet caring, he listens to her. Dr. P takes her PTSD into consideration and always makes her feel safe. She would highly recommend him for anyone in need of medical advice. We brought my 13-month-old nephew to have a minor procedure with Dr. Panchapaksan. The surgery went well and he had his follow up appointment on post-op day 3. The incisions were healing nicely and there were no concerns. Two days after his follow-up, we were changing his dressings and noticed that one of his incisions had opened and the other was red and swollen.
