I had an appointment at the office today at 10 o’clock. I was told to arrive at 9:45 to fill out paperwork which I did when I arrived. The receptionist at the desk said that the doctor wasn’t there and I was disappointed but since I had already driven an hour, I agreed to see the nurse practitioner. At 11 o’clock I went up and asked the receptionist when I was going to be seen because it was already an hour past my appointment time.
