Worse office management and staff by far. Finally made the more after a few years of incompetence practices
I cannot say enough about how helpful Dr. Kumar has been. His knowledge and expertise are a breath of fresh air. He doesn’t send me for unnecessary tests and truly takes the time to listen to my concerns, working to find real solutions. His team is warm, friendly, and always willing to accommodate my busy schedule. I feel truly blessed to have found such an amazing, thoughtful, and caring doctor—one of the few left with a remarkable bedside manner. My partner needed to go to cardiologist so I did some research to see who lived near us and made an appointment with Dr Kumar. At first it seemed like he knew what he was talking about so we went for all the tests that was suggested. Our second visit was with one of his PAs who was horrendous he kept on telling him that my partner should decide whether or not he wants to take the medication and he should basically self prescribe for himself. Good luck getting a phone call back if you are trying to become a new patient. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY and call another practice They do not answer the phones and IF you are lucky enough to get a phone call back, it’s a week later. Does not give you a good feeling at all about a practice that cannot respond in a timely manner.
