Reading some of the reviews, I was stunned. I've been going there for over a year. Saw the doc on my first visit, never since,(so does he bill AHS for seeing me when he doesn't actually see me?). Prescribed an inhaler, never discussed any treatment options or alternatives again despite my condition worsening. I go in and get tested by a tech every 6 months...then wait for my Family doctor to review his notes online. His notes say, chest x-ray ordered it wasn't. Dr Dhawan & his Chest Care Clinic are amazing. My asthma has been controled. Erin made my lung function tests a breeze. Dr Dhawan even checked with my insurance provider to make sure the drug he prescribed was covered.
This review is because of the reception area & especially staff. When the receptionists and other back staff join them to talk about personal & work stuff, it is so extremely noisy. To the point you need ear plugs but that would not drown out the noise. Even without the social visit, the ladies are LOUD especially one receptionist, have their answering machine turned on high volume. Another patient also waiting said it "sounds like a bunch of hens." Erin was amazing!!! Made my breathing test so comfortable. The receptionist was equally amazing, nice glass of water and so welcoming. And Dr. Dhawan is a rock star who helped me quit smoking and now doing amazing with my lifestyle ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
