AVOID THIS PRACTICE – I was refused service after arriving for my appointment because of an unpaid bill (only 1 month old) that was sprung on me at the door. I didn’t recall seeing the bill and mentioned that maybe the bill was lost in the mail or accidentally misplaced. REGARDLESS, they sent THREE separate reminders about my appointment, NONE of which mentioned anything about my unpaid balance or their policy of not seeing a patient with an outstanding balance.
