I love Dr Ferri very helpful and shows tremendous concern for his patients
The assistant is extremely rude and has zero concern for patients. You are just a number.
The office staff is very unprofessional. They complain about everything including the doctor's. You can not get any help unless you go through the portal or your in there face. The doctor are very casual and that may be your cup of tea.Its like grand cental . It's chaotic and it feels like no control. I DID TRY to give it a second chance. They kicked me out of the system .I am very disappointed in my experience. I need more organized and professional care. NOT FOR ME. Not that they gave me a choice.
Thanks for trying to push pills (brags about his success rate in giving people narcs) instead of finding out what was wrong. I had a rare kidney cancer. Every doctor in this building is horrible. No beside manner, dropped me and my mom but instead of telling me, had me wait for a month for an appointment only for the front office girl to tell me Dr. Vito wouldn't see me and turned me away. I had cancer. Coward and cruel. My therapist told me I should report you.
