They are the worst… definitely wouldn’t recommend! They take forever to answer the phone most of the time it doesn’t even ring. They put you on hold quicker than you can blink. He is also very rude
Dr. Patel and his employees are all a joke! I will never go back. I saw Patel 2 times in my four years going there. I get three minutes with the PA and feel like I was charged for an office visit for nothing, and they charge your insurance an astronomical amount. Gouging is what I call it. They schedule 90 patients a day!! How can you get good care for three minutes. Uncaring and rude. If you want a caring doctor and staff, go somewhere else. I'm looking for options now!!

My first visit went just fine. The staff and Dr. was very polite and nice to me. I have had to reschedule for different reasons and the front desk has been very understanding and kind. So in my opinion they deserve 5 🌟
