Reception never answer the phones, I have called and kept on trying to call it is so hard to reach the doctors, why so you are open when you don't want to accommodate clients.
Completely agree with the previous review here. Just had a pretty jarring and condescending conversation with Monique when I called to enquire. It has put me off getting a referral. Given she is the front line of your services I'd encourage you to rethink who is representing you at first contact with patients.
