If I could give zero stars, I would. After driving over an hour to this doctor’s office in Hayward, the doctor refused to see me. First, it was because of his perception that this was a second opinion appointment, which it wasn’t. Then it was because he looked at my records and decided he couldn’t help me. I went back-and-forth with the front desk person trying to figure out what the problem was only to land on the problem being the doctor just “couldn’t see me”.
