I used to go here and do did my mom. He acted like my mom was a pill popper all because she a waited a week for a prescription refill (she's on a higher anti depressant) so she really needed them and I told her to call again and the doctor got loud with my mom and I'll never forget that he said. This is not a candy store. Like sir, care about all of your patients not just select ones. I was there for the call and recorded it. Never again
Doctor is super nice but I have to make him sit down and talk to me b4 he runs out has never spent more than 5 minutes even with my extensive history. I have had all but one appointment canceled r rescheduled because they wouldnt do referrals on time but blame doctors office for not sending but have been going to these doctors along time and not one time has it happened with other appointments. Update August 2021 Dr Patel no longer exists. The practice is there but he split. Idk y Admittedly I am most likely biased since Dr Patel is my doctor, but his practice is excellent. He has two locations, one at the Beaches and one in Orange Park about a mile south of 295 on US17 Appointments are easy, even same day, and visits are as short or long as necessary. at no time has Dr Patel "rushed me out, or anything like that. I went to there just because it was close to my house and I love it there! They are so fast and friendly. I was so happy he listened to me really tried to know me and what was going on! He’s awesome and the whole staff is great!!! I recommend and refer people to go him!!!
