Appointments are set easy. I see Dr Kalapatapu and nurse Amanda. I never wait long to go to the back. Amanda assessments are great. Doctor usually in five minutes or less. I have been with KIMA for 10 years. Assessed and helped me through back surgery, hip replacement, gallbladder surgery as well as other ailments. Highly recommend this office and staff.
Dr Kalapatapu has been my PCP for past 15 years. He is an amazing physician and intervenes in case of emergency to sort the situation and follows up. Great experience.
Very disappointed in the customer service. I have been trying to get hold of the doctor assistant to request a referral for several weeks now and have left a few voicemails at their office phone number. They have not bothered to acknowledge or respond to my calls even though I am a current patient of the doctor.
