Very nice, professional doctor. Just had appointment with her today. I am not sure why people left bad reviews about her. She takes her time to explain and do procedures very carefully, she is running and rushing like usually doctors do. I liked her and her manner was very polite and professional. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had! She is highly unprofessional and extremely rude. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have never felt so upset after seeing a doctor that I was in tears ! I’m not sure how she still has her license and I feel she needs a new profession, because this is not for her the way she talks and treats, patience, and seems very uneducated. I've been seeing Dr. Smith-Bronstein every couple of months for congestion that I experience due to allergies and post nasal drip. During these appointments, the doctor has been incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. I really feel like she listens when I talk. During my most recent follow up appointment, I was informed that one of the three nasal sprays I was using for a couple of months was not a nasal spray that the doctor wanted me to be using during that time.
