I have been a patient of Dr. Thornley for five years now. Her office is absolutely lovely, and she and her staff are always both pleasant and efficient. There’s never a long wait, yet she still manages to take her time with me for a thorough examination and detailed discussion of my plan of care. She is an excellent neurologist, skilled clinician, and genuinely kind person. I highly recommend Dr. Thornley!!
I highly recommend Dr Thornley. From start to finish, she was professional and thorough, taking time to ensure comprehensive health testing so that all possible concerns were ruled out. I felt confident that my care was being handled thoughtfully and carefully. She showed kindness and was willing to take the time to make sure I was informed, supported and at ease.
Absolutely DO NOT recommend. I was on the phone with Dr. and tried to schedule an appointment for my mother , I was being rudely cut off , especially after I said it’ll be a self pay she started to tell me about her boundaries, if I’ve asked her a question the answer was you need to come to the office and being seeing , I wasn’t asked her about any diagnosis or anything. Our experience with Dr. Thornley was positive. I just wish we had more time with her, but I understand the 1 hour time frame.
Useless doctor, don't waste your time. She , or her receptionist doesn't follow through. Seems to just say what you want to hear, then doesn't follow through. After reading the other reviews and ger replies, she just seems to live in her own little world. She thinks she is special, god complex at it's finest.
