This doctor is horrible. She is rude, doesn't listen and doesn't remember anything you have said. The staff is rude. The wait is long. Getting an appointment takes a week just to see a PA. Avoid this person!
DR. VIRGINCITA IS KNOWLEDGABLE, BUT WHAT IS VERY FRUSTRATING IS GETTING A HOLD OF HER. I MADE A APPOINTMENT & I WAITED MORE THEN 1 HOUR TO BE HELPED. WHAT IS THE POINT OF SETTING A APPOINTMENT IF I HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG? HER NURSES WOULD PUT ME IN A ROOM & MAKE ME WAIT LONGER. THERE HAS BEEN MANY TIMES I HAVE TRIED TO SET APPOINTMENTS & HER NURSES WOULD CALL ME A DAY PRIOR TO RESCHEDULE. IM PLANNING TO CHANGE DOCTORS IT SHOULDNT BE THIS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF A DOCTOR.
