I received help from Dr. Desai in ~2020. The first impression and continued support were all positive. Years after (2025), I attempt to reconnect and no response. I have his business card so that if I needed his assistance again, then I could reconnect with him—Dr. Desai does not answer the phone (calls or texts). His receptionist talks over you and does not relay any message to Dr. Desai. Or, she does, but Dr. Desai rejects, dismisses, and or forgets. Some of the post negative review are not accurate, he spends lot of time listening to patient and does care. Every one want quick in-out service, we need doctor to talk to patient and do care, my other specialist spends 10 minutes and gone, do we need this kind of service?
Dr. Desai is very Good and I have personal experience. He take care very well and explain everything very slowly. His helping nature.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor and this clinic. The receptionist has the worst attitude. She does not know how to speak to patients and their families. I do not understand how she is even allowed to work as a healthcare professional. Horrible work attitude.
