Dr Chikani is great, is very informative and listens to your concerns. He can run behind schedule due to competing workload in adjacent hospital though. The clinic's admin staff are rude and incompetent. They have given incorrect advice with respect to currency of referrals. This needs to be better managed and communicated as it will result in medicare claims being denied and patients having to pay full cost with no benefit refunded.
Dr. Viral Chakani has been Sonny, my husband’s specialist for the past 5 years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he’s received. Every visit feels relaxed—like you’re catching up with a trusted friend. Dr. Chakani is not only approachable and kind but also highly knowledgeable. His treatment plan made a real difference—it even helped my husband transition from insulin back to tablets. We trust him completely and are truly grateful for his support over the years.
I am leaving a review for Greenslopes endocrinology. Shanelle is a great receptionist, over my interactions with her for booking appointments and setting up the video chat, I have found her to be polite, professional and helpful in each interaction. Dr Maholtra is a lovely doctor, he explains things well and is very thorough. I’m a fairly new patient, but I feel well looked after.
