Dr Mehta and Adam went above and beyond to find a solution to my problem. When I wanted to give up they wouldn't. They truly care. A great doctor!
It was not a good experience for me. I went to her for a head-to-toe skin check. She did a very cursory exam and seemed like she was in a hurry to end my appointment. Not the best bedside manner. Other reviews show that some people liked her, but I would not recommend her to anyone I know who is in need of an appointment with a dermatologist. I will return to South Shore Dermatology in the future but request a different doctor.
Very knowledgeable and professional.Altho she does sometimes seen to rush you out she still answers question sometimes tho as shes walking out the door..Her scheduling staff however leave much to be desired.In her profession there will be patients who need an urgent appointment but with her its never possible.There is no contingency for any urgent appointments only "spot" appointments which can also be over a week.. Not at all in the patients best interest. This is unacceptable..
I am very pleased with the care provided by Dr. Schroff-Mehta. She is an expert in her field and expresses her utmost respect to me with each visit. It is very refreshing to have a doctor who takes the time to explain so much and who seriously delivers such great care and comfort to her patients. She is upbeat and positive...always smiling. I highly recommend Dr. Schroff-Mehta. She is one in a million.
I have been going to Dr. Shroff-Mehta for the past eight years. She is not only a fantastic doctor, but gets to know her patients as well. Dr. Shroff-Mehta stays ahead with the new solutions for eczema and doesn’t suggest something without trying it out herself. In addition, her staff of nurses and front reception (Debbie) are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend South Shore Dermatology Physicians.
Very professional and has great bedside manner. Explained everything thoroughly and give me real expectations for treatments. I would highly recommend this doctor.
