Trash! You can’t get a hold of anyone in the office. They disconnected my MyChart without letting me know. Not professional, not quality care, and I still have no way to get a hold of my doctor to make an appointment or get my prescription filled. This place is literally the worst and so are the staff that works the front desk.

This rating is NOT for Dr. Jay, she’s a 5 star but I just don’t know what’s going on with this facility, I’ve been calling and no answer! Can anyone tell me what’s going on in this office. I call and her name doesn’t even pop up on the voice message, all other doctors do but hers. We had the option to press #2 for Dr. Jayesinghe and now it doesn’t Is she still in this office, what’s going on?? Now that they have switched over to prime, they do not even have Dr Vipuli Jayesinghe listed when you call???? The my chart app has been taken down and you can never get through to anybody to actually talk to a person. I believe if she is no longer a primary care doctor a letter should have went out stating that she's no longer there or at least answer the phone so I can find out and find another provider.
